Transitional & In-Home Services

At Brandon, discharge planning begins at admission and we work alongside your family to make your child’s length of stay as short as possible. A specialized support team is created for each family in this program; the team works together at Brandon, in the community, and in the family home to facilitate a swift, supported, and successful reunification or step-down. Families need varying levels of continued support, because of this services can be increased and decreased as needed or requested.
