Three students from the Brandon School and Residential Treatment Center gave Gov. Deval Patrick the grand tour yesterday, showing him the campus where they are treated for emotional and behavioral problems.
Patrick and Secretary of Education Paul Reville got a firsthand look at the residential facility, located in a quiet corner of North Natick, which treats up to 75 students ages 7 to 17. The boys at Brandon deal with behaviors including fire setting and inappropriate sexual behavior. Others come from abusive and troubled homes.
The governor got the lowdown from 13-year-old A.J., 15-year-old Morgan and 12-year-old Tommy (whose full names were not given because of privacy issues).
