Essential Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, confident, and flexible leader to serve as one of our Directors of Treatment
  • The qualified candidate will provide Treatment oversight to assigned programs, ensuring these programs reflect the agency mission and overarching CARE treatment model
  • Candidate will carry a small caseload, provide quality clinical supervision to residential counselors, clinical case managers, and/or interns, and will entrench the therapeutic model into the milieu

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Expressive Therapy or a related area of the Mental Health field, and licensed at the highest level
  • Knowledge and experience with working within the child welfare and State agencies (such as DCF, DMH); STARR experience preferred
  • At least 3 years post masters experience, preferably in a clinical residential setting
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and ability to provide clinical supervision
  • Valid CORI/DCF Background check
